Property Manager (PM)  needed for an established property management company in Auburn. This will be a temporary to hire or direct hire position, for the right person. 

Responsible for creating a weekly agenda, managing leasing documents, rent collection, delinquency reports, 3-day notices, CPI' s/lease expiration' s, property inspections, accounting, tenant insurance certificates, property maintenance, and serving as first line of tenant contact. 

Additional duties include arranging and/or showing all properties to prospective tenants, screening applicants, preparing pricing options, preparation of lease proposal documents, and maintain tenant files. Other duties include move in/move out files and  Yardi system updates with Bookkeeper and/or Administrative Assistant. Collect all rents, update tenant unit details, late charges, issuing tenant statements, serve 3-day notices, review monthly " Tickler Reports" for all projects and follow up accordingly. Develop and maintain tracking systems for Tenants Certificates of Insurance. Verify copy of all vendors and/or subcontractors' current licenses, liability insurance, and workers' compensation prior to the commencement of any work. Retain records (spreadsheets, etc.) showing the process is being monitored and completed in a timely manner. 

Must be able to provide a minimum of two supervisory references, clear a thorough drug screening, criminal background check and have the ability to provide proper identification to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
